Beyond the script: Stories that rewrite the narrative
Short films that challenge what
we think we know about disability
Step away from traditional presentations and into storytelling that sparks meaningful dialogue. ReelAbilities, the world’s largest festival showcasing disability narratives, will host 30-minute short films and facilitated discussions, are complimented by personal, 10-minute storytelling videos on topics like menopause and grief. Together, these stories push past stereotypes and surface the real, often uncomfortable truths about how bias, power, and lived experience show up in our workplaces.
This isn’t about inspiration—it’s about honest perspectives that expand our understanding of inclusion and remind us that every story matters. Through facilitated discussions, we create space to process what we’ve heard and connect it directly back to the cultures we’re building.
