Rethink Ability’s mission

To advance workplace disability inclusion through meaningful conversations and targeted learning tailored to diverse attendee needs. We aim to empower participants to take immediate, impactful action that drives lasting change in their workplaces.

The work didn't stop when the first summit ended.

This year's Steering Committee brings together Rethink Ability founder Greer Procich and three returning members from the inaugural committee to continue pushing the conversation forward. Together, they help shape the direction of Rethink Ability, identify the topics that matter most, and ensure that accessibility remains at the center of how we think about work.

Drawing from professional expertise, lived experience, and a shared commitment to creating better workplaces, this team is focused on turning awareness into action and helping organizations build systems that work for more people.

The inaugural Rethink Ability Summit would not have been possible without the dedication, expertise, and vision of our founding Steering Committee.

This group of leaders, advocates, and changemakers helped shape the summit from the ground up, ensuring that disability and accessibility remained at the center of every conversation, session, and decision. Through their guidance, collaboration, and commitment to meaningful change, they helped create a summit that brought together diverse voices, challenged assumptions, and provided practical resources to help organizations build more accessible workplaces.
