The Rethink Ability
Podcast
In partnership with The Fearless PX, we're dropping a limited series that tackles the Elephant in the Org: Disability and performance at work.
Meet the Team
We came together as a team, drawing on our personal experiences with disability to spark honest conversations and challenge outdated ideas of performance. Each of us brought a unique lens shaped by lived realities, barriers faced, and systems navigated, to create something deeply personal and widely resonant.
Together, we’ve built more than just a conversation series—we’ve created space to rethink how we define performance, value people, and build truly inclusive workplaces.

Marion Anderson is a Scottish workplace culture strategist, researcher, and podcast producer with a global career—and a personal stake in rethinking how we design work. As a collaborator, co-host and producer of the Rethink Ability podcast, she helps bring raw, unfiltered conversations to life around disability, chronic illness, and the everyday realities of navigating work while managing your body, mind, and needs.
Marion is disabled herself, living with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and complex PTSD, and brings both lived experience and academic insight to the table. She’s currently finalizing her PhD on the intersection of psychological safety and employer approaches to remote, hybrid, and return-to-office work—research that centers inclusion, employee voice, and the systemic barriers often glossed over in corporate settings.
She’s the founder of The Fearless PX, co-host of The Elephant in the Org podcast, and a member of both the Future of Work Alliance and The Performance Innovation Collective. Known for calling out performative workplace culture with sharp strategy and compassion, Marion also happens to be obsessed with her two rescue dogs, Talisker and Jack.
