The Future of Work Must Include Disability & Chronic Illness

We’re done with performative belonging. We’re building something bolder for everyone.

Experts

We don’t just know our stuff, we’ve done it. We’re bringing together experts with deep, hands-on experience—so the guidance you get is rooted in real-world know-how and grounded in empathy.

Action

We don’t just spark ideas—we help people act on them. Each session ends with real, practical takeaways you can start using right away.

Intention

We focus on designing with Disabled team members, not for. Our work is shaped and driven by the people it’s meant to serve, so that change sticks.

Empower

We’re focused on fostering real change that lasts beyond the session. By shifting mindsets and habits, people and teams build the foundation for continuous growth and long-term success.

“As a Black disabled woman in a white world I have what feels like the weight of the world against me. Advocacy and community keep me going which is why this collective is important to me and the overall intersectionality of the disabled community.”

What is involved in the free RETHINK ABILITY summit?

Curated Talks

Join carefully crafted conversations with leaders, practitioners, and advocates in disability, accessibility, and inclusion. These sessions go beyond theory—sharing real-world insights, lived experience, and what’s actually working in organizations today. All without shying away from saying the hard things out loud and co-creating with others in the room.

Interactive Learning Sessions

Participate in hands-on sessions designed to turn insight and conversation into tangible action. Walk away with practical tools, new ways of thinking, and ideas you can apply immediately in your role—no matter your level or function. Focus on small changes you can make today, and how you can eventually bring others along with you.

Resource Library

Get access to templates, checklists, and toolkits that make it easy to apply what you’ve learned. From conversation guides to policy drafts, these resources help you keep the momentum going after the summit. All resources will be crowdsourced from our panelists, partners, and participants, and be free for anyone to use.

Community Connection

You’re not doing this alone. Connect with peers across industries and roles who are navigating the same questions and challenges. Share wins, get support, and grow your network of accomplices and change-makers. Find like-minded people who are willing to do the hard work alongside you.
